About Us

Scott Fox, Senior Managing Partner

Scott Fox is the Senior Managing Partner of Harvest Marketing Partners. He is responsible for Harvest Marketing’s advertising and sales training business operations. In addition, Scott oversees the strategy and execution of HMP’s web based marketing initiatives.

Scott has been in the marketing industry for nearly two decades. His background includes more than ten years of experience leading organizations in building more innovative, efficient, and results driven selling systems. Scott has an additional eight years of advertising experience where he developed and sold advertising in the electronic and print media industries. He has earned both his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Scott brings a unique blend of practical know-how as well as a strong foundation in academic theory. His holistic approach to marketing helps companies develop real world solutions that blend cutting-edge techniques with time-tested practices.

Charlie Seminara, Partner

Charlie is an award-winning designer and creative director with more than 20 years experience in graphic design with a strong focus on multimedia and Internet applications. By combining strong creative leadership with brilliant multimedia design and innovative technology, Charlie has developed all graphic elements of successful projects including 2D and 3D animations, simulations, user interface and illustrations.

Developing creative and production standards for consistent, usable and quality applications, Charlie has managed teams of graphic designers and artists, 2-D and 3-D animators, illustrators and video & audio producers. He also works closely with programming staff and clients to define the scope and creative direction for each project.

He won the President's Award from McDonald's Corporation for Interactive Training (the first time in McDonald’s history that this prestigious prize was awarded to an outside vendor) for the development of interactive training. He has also been awarded the Gold Medal in the NY Festival's 34th Annual International Non-Broadcast Competition and the Gold Quill and Spectra Awards from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
